Strongest
Best Represents Me
This photo was a "word of the week" for deception. Formally speaking, I think this photograph presents a lot of balance. My choice of lighting, highlights, shadows, exposure, and saturation really complete this piece. The message behind this is powerful because it is about being deceived by society. My caption was, "Don't let society's idea of vanity deceive you... Underneath we"re all just flesh and bones." I put a lot of effort into this photo, which makes it even stronger in my opinion. It was turned in late (sorry Hanson) because of the struggle to get all of the materials needed for the special fx makeup. This photo also got accepted into the Mainspace Gallery, which I'm really proud of.
This is another photo I took for the "word of the week" which was also late:) This photo best represents me because I can't wait to escape this place. I'm ready to go off to college and have new experiences, and this photograph definitely shows this. I'm looking way beyond the present, in hopes to escape this high school and county.
